3. Cookies and measurement
We use Google Tag Manager and Google measurement tools only after you click “Accept all” in the cookie notice. With “Essential only”, no measurement cookies are activated. Your choice is saved in your browser; to change it, clear the site data in your browser and the notice will appear again.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with:
- Our partner network operator (MVNO) and the entity that administers number portability, to activate the line and carry out the portability;
- Your current carrier, during the portability process;
- Technology providers: Google (Tag Manager/measurement and website fonts), our customer service chat and CRM provider, WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), OpenStreetMap (maps in the coverage map) and hosting providers;
- Authorities (including ANATEL, Brazil's telecommunications regulator, and the courts), when required by law or court order.
Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, the transfer follows the cases permitted by Art. 33 of the LGPD.
5. How long we keep data
For as long as needed to fulfill the purpose (for example, completing the portability and maintaining the contract) and, after that, for the periods required by law or by telecommunications regulations, or for the defense of legal claims. Once these periods end, the data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Portability documents are kept in a restricted area, outside the public website, with access limited to the responsible team. No system is 100% invulnerable; if an incident with relevant risk occurs, we will notify you and the ANPD (Brazil's National Data Protection Authority), as required by the LGPD.
7. Your rights
You may, at any time, request:
- confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
- portability of your data to another provider;
- deletion of data processed based on consent, and withdrawal of consent;
- information about who we share your data with.
Some data may be kept even after your request, when required by law or regulation.
